At the same time its also critical to brand something we're passionate about. I love your question "What would you really love it to be?" as I think this gets to the heart of finding a great brand. Zappos is a dynamic company with a strong brand (which I really hope they don't lose now that Amazon has acquired them!) At Zappos their brand is their culture, and they understand that their culture must come before all else for success!
